What to expect from your experience with Luxe Imagery
Ready to book!
When you’re ready to proceed with your boudoir experience and have chosen a date that works best for you, you’ll receive from me, an invoice for the $500 session fee as a retainer for your date, along with a standard contract outlining expectations for each other and timelines.
Within 48 hours of paying your invoice and signing your contract, you will receive my prep guide, which will help in the planning process of your photoshoot. In this guide, I’ll help you with outfit suggestions, where to find them, what to look for, how to prepare for hair and makeup, what to do with your nails, body hair, tanning, etc. I will cover EVERYTHING you’ll want to know leading up to your shoot.
Preparing for your shoot
You will also receive a questionnaire that will help us plan your day and give me a really great idea of what kinds of images you like, what you like about my photography aesthetic, and what you’re comfortable with in terms of how much skin you want to bare.
There will be a “homework” assignment required of you at the end of this questionnaire, so PLEASE be sure to read it in its’ entirety!
Day of
On the day of your shoot, I’ll welcome you into the studio where my professional stylist will be ready for your hair styling and makeup application. This will take approximately 90 minutes. After which, we will go through them together to choose our favorites for your shoot, and those that will provide you with the most variety for your final images.
I will be guiding you through each and every pose during your experience.
I’ll jump into poses for you, show you what to do with your hands, how to get those sultry facial expressions, guide you through some movements to help create 'authentically you’ final images. Your role is to just show up with a great attitude, relax, have fun, and I’ll do the rest! Your photoshoot will last approximately 90 minutes.
Once we finish shooting, I’ll send you away for 1 hour to grab some lunch/coffee/etc. or spend some time meandering through the local shops in downtown. During this time, I’ll be choosing and editing my favorite images from your shoot! When you come back to my office, we’ll get to go through all of your beautiful images together so you can choose your favorites. This is my absolutely favorite part, I think!! I typically show women 30-50 images during this time.
We will build your album with your favorite images and select an image or two as your luxury wall art if you wish. You’ll also select the material for your luxury album and its matching privacy box.

The payment for your collection is taken at this time. I can accept debit/credit, PayPal, Affirm, or cash. Your products will be ordered within 48 hours, once a final edit has been completed. I will also email your gallery and your secret photo app access if your collection includes any digital images. This means you’ll have photos from your shoot just a couple days after your experience!
The email with the link to your online gallery will also contain a feedback questionnaire.

At the end of this questionnaire is where you will be able to tell me whether or not you are willing to allow me to share your images on my website and/or social media. My client’s privacy is extremely important to me, so this will always be an option for you.
Your products will arrive in about 5 weeks from your shoot date! Once they arrive, we will set a time for you to pick them up at the studio. This is also such an exciting time, because nothing compares to seeing your images in print for the first time.
