Auburn Confluence

My clients are so damned brave.

Picture this. It’s early November. It’s Northern California, so summer ended right before Halloween, we skipped fall, and BAM! It’s WINTER.

We had a break in the rain. Somehow, our shoot date was surrounded by rainy days, but we stayed in the clear and even had a glimpse of sunlight to watch disappear behind the canyon wall.

It’s 4pm. 53 degrees. The river is raging. It’s been raining, remember? There’s a brisk wind and that wet cold that hits differently - it’s here.

Bare skin. Bare feet. Cold earth.

She nailed it. She was so brave. And the cold didn’t even seem to bother her. Totally worth the exhilarating feeling that is showing bare skin by the river, in the winter, on a weekend evening in Auburn.

Do you want to be brave too?
